Courtney Hyer believes artwork is the fastest way to “happy” a room or change the feeling of a space. ‘I love bright and vibrant colors and much of my latest work is created with a palette knife. There is a lot of layering and balancing shapes and then discovering a pattern within. Painting in my studio is extremely therapeutic. The sense of time disappears and nothing beyond seems to exist. A lovely little bubble.”

Courtney Hyer is a Fine Arts graduate from Florida State University and shared her passion of creating by teaching middle school students in Central Florida. Courtney has only recently joined the show circuit and is looking forward to showing and sharing her personal growth with her community. Her gratitude for the continued support and encouragement is beyond measure. Courtney currently resides in Winter Park, Florida.
